Guests must agree with all our terms and conditions.
Security deposits
A security deposits are required for some villas. Deposits are to be paid on arrival, and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by bank cheques/ transfer less cost of damages.
Legality Registration
In accordance with the Laws of Indonesia all villas guests must be registered with the authorities (Police Department) within 24 hours of arrival at their destination.
A photocopy of each guest’s passport will be requested by staff of the villa upon of shortly after arrival at their villa. The cost of which shall be for the account of the lesser.
Rates and Seasons
Rates are quoted in United States dollars (US$). Rates for Villas and Hotels are categorized in “High“, “Peak” and “Low” seasons, which clearly stated in each webpage. For some Villas, Chinese New Year and Easter Week are categorised into High season.
Last Minute Rate
A booking is categorised into last minute if it is made 10 days prior to the arrival date. Some villas agree to provide a last minute rate based on total room used; however many of them will apply the normal rate.
Payment Through Wire Transfer
We have to accept the transfer amount at NETT. All bank transfer fee is at guest’s account (±US$30). Please contact us for information about our bank account.
Payment Through Credit Cards
We accept: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, and BCA Card.
The payment will be done through Sign On File (SOF) method. Guest have to fill our “Credit Card Authorization” form.
Invoice must be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by law with recent domestic exchange rate based on our finance policy and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar. The bank will definitely deduct 3.5% from the total charged and will be added to your bill.
To get an authorization code, we must receive your Credit Card Authorization Letter, along with copy of the credit card (both sides), and copy of card holder’s passport.
Changes Of Reservation
US$ 50.00 administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa reservation, which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid. This change of reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to the arrival.
